When that's the case, it runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit on by default, and access is restricted to your team, not public. One thing I won't do is claim specific compliance certifications (HIPAA, PCI, SOC2) unless a project actually gets that level of review — if your business handles something like health records or card numbers directly, that's a conversation before anything starts, not an assumption baked in afterward.
